DDSO WORSHIP...a once-a-month fellowship and worship experience for the Developmentally challenged, their families, support givers, and friends, with singing, proclamation, prayer and refreshments....open to all! Come let us worship the Lord!
Ministry Opportunities
Food Pantry
Christ Church is continuing to help serve the needs of The Verona Food Pantry, which is in desperate need of donations and monetary contributions as they serve a significant population of individuals who find themselves very challenged and needing assistance. Please make a donation which will go directly to this particular food pantry. Make checks out to Town of Verona Food Pantry. There are available receptacles in the church for all food donations. The need is greater than ever so please give generously to help others who suffer from food insecurity, especially our local school children.
Donations Needed
Winter Hats, Mittens, Gloves, and Scarves are needed for children and young adults attending the following schools: Durhamville Elementary, Wettel (Vernon), McAllister (Sherrill), J.D. George (Verona), V.V.S. High School, and Boces (Oneida/ Madison)
Donations may be dropped off at Christ Church United Methodist, Sherrill NY 13461 Monday- Thursday 9 am- 12 pm.

Save the date
January 26th, following Morning Worship, we will share a time of gratitude for the lives of Pastor Glen and Karen and the time they have been with us. We will join together in the Thomas Room to share fellowship and good food; to share our love and thanks for them as they prepare to begin their next adventure. Pastor Glen will preach his last sermon with us on February 9th. Please plan to join us during this time together.
